At DDB, we faced the challenge of making Audi’s advanced "Hey Audi" system, powered by OpenAI, easy for users to understand and adopt naturally. This led to the creation of Ai.leene, a virtual assistant designed to be approachable and user-friendly. More than just a voice, Ai.leene is a digital avatar that simplifies the system’s features, enhancing the in-car experience in the new Q6 e-tron.
